Situated right in the heart of Aviemore a minute walk from the vibrant town centre, the apartment is situated at the edge of woodland and next to Craigellachie Nature reserve.

Two bedroom modern ground floor apartment sleeps 4 in a double room and twin single room. The spacious and clean living space is home to a fully equipped kitchen and a tastefully furnished lounge.

Bathroom with bath and shower, lounge with TV and video and well equipped kitchen.

All bed linen is included in the price, electricity is extra by key card which can be bought at the 24 hr garage or any post office.

Aviemore town has plenty of shops, cafes, bars and a host of excellent restaurants, 24 hour garage. The town also boast a well equipped sports centre, swimming pool and gym and a fantastic new Highland Centre. Traveling couldn't be easier as there are local bus and train routes to take you around the area.

Plenty to do Skiing, Snowboarding, Watersports, Cycling, Mountaineering, Golf, hikes or maybe just a gentle stroll in the beautiful Scottish countryside that surrounds Aviemore.

Aviemore has spectacular views and excellent walks, 18 hole professional golf course and beautiful leisure centre a minute away with wave machine and gym facilities.
